Most Sjoberg benches are shipped directly from Sjoberg. A few benches are kept at our facility and may be shipped out by our team if available. Please allow 3-5 days for Sjoberg to coordinate freight shipping and provide tracking details.

Note, benches over $1500 qualify for free shipping from Sjoberg, except if a delivered to a residential address and if a liftgate is required by carrier. If applicable, the following residential delivery fees will be calculated during checkout:

The Sjobergs 1900 Workbench is designed for serious woodworkers who need a sturdy and versatile workspace. This bench combines durability with flexibility, making it suitable for various woodworking tasks. Its generous 74-3/4" (1900mm) length provides ample space for larger projects, while the 2-3/8" thick top with 4-5/16" skirts ensures a solid and stable surface. The worktop is crafted using full-length laminations of knot-free European beech without unsightly splices, and the preassembled trestle frames are also solid beech, treated with top-quality oil for lasting durability.

The 1900 Workbench includes a tail vise, offering numerous clamping options and support for your workpieces. Unlike a standard end vise, this tail vise allows you to clamp items vertically along the front edge of the bench, making it ideal for shaping and working on smaller parts. Long boards and panels can be secured flat on the bench spanning the small gap in the tail vise jaws, providing excellent support underneath the entire workpiece. There’s no hardware to get in the way when working on long pieces, and it won't rack when clamping off-center. A single row of square dog holes runs the full length of the bench front. Two square dogs are included.

The bench also features a 29” wide face vise that glides smoothly along adjustable guide rails, preventing racking when clamping work off-center. A double row of 3/4" (19mm) bench dog holes extends from the vise, offering numerous clamping options. The workbench includes four steel bench dogs with side springs.

For added functionality, the Sjobergs 1900 can be equipped with the optional SM05 storage cabinet.
