Pros:Price point for 6 anchorsPoints where sharpCons:Wielded not a solid pieceStarps- should just toss away (all torn on a Pull test.Overall would by again for anchorsgood buy as describedWe had a trampoline years ago and used the dog tie, screw-in anchors, to good success. All I could find at the home improvement stores were those odd anchors that just have a flat disc at the end. I always thought those were concrete anchors. Anyway, glad to find these and using two sets of anchors and will park an old work truck vehicle next to the trampoline and tie to it when high winds forecasted. We live in Oklahoma hoping for at least a year out of the trampoline! LOLThe black straps were very confusing to put on. Ended up tying them together. After trying for over an hour to do all that, it was accomplished horribly but please to say that my trampoline has not blown away. Not horrible for price but wouldn't really recommend unless you want a headache.I had to come write a review after this past weeks events in La! I purchased these trampoline spikes in 2019. We have used them multiple times in the past but this past week was the true test. On 8.29.21 Louisiana had a category 4 hurricane make landfall. Our trampoline stayed put the entire 48 hours we had high winds. We were getting gusts of 120mph and this thing stayed put!!! These spikes are the best! I highly recommend them for anyone wanting to tether a trampoline.CAME WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS! Don’t plan on using the straps included, you’re going to need to get ratchet straps. The metal spiral stakes are of decent quality, they will be effective and they went into the ground without much cause for concern even while using a considerable amount of force to screw them in to tougher soil. The only negative thing I can say about the stakes is that the weld that holds the triangle eyelet to upright part of the stake is a complete joke and serves no purpose and looks to be done by a 5yo with an arc welder that was never taught to weld galvanized steel. That said, they are made of thick, strong galvanized steel stock and would take a great deal of force to cause failure. The straps are absolute junk. Not even worth entertaining the idea of using them, throw them in the garbage. As mentioned by others, they aren’t sturdy, sewn together in a way that will guarantee failure, and the thin stamped metal buckles are easily bent. In addition to that, the buckle system is effectively useless given how the straps are constructed. You cannot get them tightly secured at all.I went and bought ratchet straps that are made to withstand the elements and won’t rust. This in combination with the galvanized corkscrew stakes give me confidence that the trampoline definitely won’t be going anywhere. After Hurricane Ida just came through Louisiana, my family said I MUST write a review for these trampoline stakes! Hurricane Ida hit us as a category 2 hurricane and the stakes held strong through gusts of at least 100 mph!! I would highly recommend these and they will definitely be the only ones I ever purchase in the future!Excellent idea to keep your trampoline hunkered down. Due to reading the other reviews I decided to not use the straps because everyone said you cannot rely on them. So I used twine I had instead.
