Out of six, three of the nicropress sleeves failed when you pull up on the wire to "set" them at the correct angle. Problem is then the toggle is now buried in the dirt and not easily recovered. Looks like they were crimped with the wrong size die. I re-crimped one with my nicropress tool and that one worked fine. I've used the Ducikbill brand anchor before and never had this issue. My mistake was I didn't read the reviews before buying as this looks like a common issue.
