I don't mind these anchors for lighter weight picture frames, but if you add anything with substance to hang on it, the entire anchor pulls out of the wall leaving a huge hole. In fact, it should be noted not to put these in unless you are absolutely certain of what you want and where because in removing them you'll have to patch the wall. Although these are ok for some uses, for sheetrock I much prefer the screw anchors, but it's a good idea in theory. These also don't seem to widen as much as the screw in anchors once the nail is hammered in, making them less secure.THE HEADS ON THE SCREWS ARE USLESS I DIDN'T KNOW THEY COULD MAKE THEM THAT SMALL CANT EVEN FIND A WASHER SMALL ENOUGH TO USELittle difficult to install but hold well.Very flimsy, was hanging a toilet paper roll dispenser and they both broke. Would not recommend.
